Cargill Meat Corporation is recalling almost 845,000 pounds of frozen hamburger patties due to the possibility of E. coli O157:H7 contamination. The ground meat patties were produced at Cargill’s Butler, Wisconsin, plant, and were sold at Sam’s Club as the brand “American Chef’s Selection Angus Beef Patties. “
